This is the third web publishing doohicky that I’ve installed now. It is firmly based on perl, so that’s good. But it isn’t entirely free of licensing issues, so that’s bad. I hope it isn’t a drag when if I ever want to hand this over to someone else.

The whole thing is clean and bare bones. Easy to understand. But the install procedure was awfully confusing. Maybe I’m just trying to work on a day that is way too hot.
