The passenger side has two plastic covers protecting the headlights.  The drivers side only has one.

With both covers removed, you can reach the bulb assembly and pinch the metal clips that hold it in place.

Then it will come loose and be dangling on the wire.  Pull on the metal collar around the bulb to remove it from the socket.
