Coffee roaster

We have a Gene Cafe CBR-101 Coffee Bean Roaster, but after a few years of service, it died with an E4 error code. Ran the tests in this document: http://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0200/0574/files/Multimeter_Tests_Article.pdf?2005

The result was infinite resistance between the heater element leads, so order a replacement heater element.
