AMD64 dist upgrade to jaunty
Waited a month for the Ubuntu servers to calm down after the initial release. Didn't get all packages downloaded on first try, but the installer picked up where it failed and worked on the second try.
- postgrey moved from port 60000 to 10023, had to update postfix/main.cfg
