I had trouble installing my new Gigabyte video card. It worked for about 5 minutes before overheating and shutting the computer down.
So I'm going to get all "scientific method" and leave no room for error.
Before the upgrade I'm getting 76 fps from Stellarium with this card: Radeon 9800 SE AGP with 128MB of RAM driver version 6.14.10.6599 bus AGP 8x GPU clock 378MHz RAMDAC clock 400MHz
