When Comcast gives me a new IP address, follow this procedure:
- Put new number in /etc/default/iptables; restart
- Put new number in /etc/apache2/conf.d/*; restart
- Put new number in /etc/dhcpd.conf; restart
- notify Todd to reset work firewall
