We have a Gene Cafe CBR-101 Coffee Bean Roaster, but after a few years of service, it died with an E4 error code.

The result was
- 120 volts on the heater lead pins
- infinite resistance between the heater element wire leads where it should have been 10 ohms
so order a replacement heater element.
And remove the existing heater element:
