Directions:
Saute meat in instapot until browned. Drain most of the fat. Add diced vegetables and saute until softened (about 5 minutes) Add water, chili powder and salt. Add beans and rest of ingredients and mix well. Cook at high pressure for 10 minutes. Let pressure release naturally. Season to taste. Garnish with diced onion and cheese. The trick is getting the right amount of salt and chili powder. The other ingredients are a slam dunk, but the salt almost always takes some adjustments. |
